A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST
1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).
I’m an author of suspense. I have several books under my pen name Shayla V. Mcclellon.
2. Why do you make art?
I find it relaxing to create. You can do whatever you like, similar to characters in a novel.
3. What inspires you?
Listening to Jazz. When I do I try to put the music to paint.
4. What/who are your influences?
Tom Fedora, Van Gogh, any unique artist.
5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?
Alvin Ailey. Love the seamless lines of his dancers. That’s live art!
